TERMS & CONDITIONS

Delivery of Service

​

  1. All Cinemunch events ("Events") provided by DeliverEats Group Ltd trading as Cinemunch (the "Event Provider", "us", "we", "our") and/or its affiliates, are subject to the following terms and conditions. By purchasing one or more tickets to any Event, you agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and any guests you have purchased tickets for. The information you provide as part of the booking process will be used to administer the Event you are attending. Cinemunch is a trading name of DeliverEats Group Ltd. By using our services, you agree to DeliverEats Group Ltd's terms and conditions and privacy policy.

  2. Service delivery times are approximate and are subject to 30-minute window beyond your chosen booking. This includes private-hire services. We may deliver the service at any time within this window to regulate our operations and will always try to contact you if we expect this to affect the quality of service you receive.

  3. Unless otherwise arranged, serving times will be for 60-minutes either side of the screening.

  4. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we may substitute it for a product of equal or greater value. We want you to be entirely happy with your order. If you aren't, drop us a line and we'll make it right.

  5. Once we have received your order, it is considered final. If you've forgotten something or you'd like to make changes to your order, feel free to get in touch asap, we will do our best to accommodate you at our discretion.

  6. In order to provide our customers with the best quality service, we cannot take orders over the phone. However, if you'd like to speak to us about allergen information or anything related to your order, feel free to give us a call.

  7. If you are unable to make your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. In the event we cannot deliver, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that if we are unable to deliver the service due to incorrect/incomplete delivery information you have provided, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

  8. We reserve the right to refuse service. If you'd like to make a complaint, please contact us at cinemunch@delivereats.club. We will only consider claims made within 24 hours of you receiving your order/service.

Event-Specific Terms

​

  1. The Event Provider will supply information about the Event at the time of booking (‘Booking Information’), which may include additional terms relevant to procedures, behaviour and/or conduct regarding attendance at the Event. This information will be specific to the relevant Event and will/may include the following:

​

  • The date of the Event and the nature of the Event location or venue. Precise details will be provided after the booking and prior to the Event date but the Booking Information will specify whether the Event is to be held indoors or outdoors.

  • Any health restrictions, warnings or guidance which are known at that time and which will apply at the Event.

  • Whether the location or venue is accessible to wheelchair users or other less able-bodied customers;

  • Whether age restrictions apply to the Event and what those restrictions are; and  

  • The identity and contact details for the Event Provider’s ticket agent for the Event.

  1. In the interests of public safety, the Event Provider reserves the right to update or impose safety restrictions, warnings or guidance at any time and by any means available to it (such as on the website or at the Event itself) and which will apply in connection with admittance to and audience behaviour at the Event as the Event Provider considers appropriate, taking into account any circumstances which exist at the time or in response to any guidance from the Government or any other judicial authority.

Ticket Purchase

​

  1. Tickets purchased on www.cinemunch.co.uk are subject to our terms and conditions, the agent’s terms and conditions of sale and to the agent’s booking and administrative fees levied at the point of sale. The Event Provider is not responsible for and does not process, handle or receive third-party booking and administrative fees and any complaints and/or queries relating to third-party booking and administrative fees, or the booking process, should be directed to the booking agent.

  2. Where the Booking Information states that an age restriction applies to the Event the Event Provider will operate a strict ID policy. To gain access to the Event, ticket holders must produce a valid form of photographic identification. Accepted forms of identification are UK/International Passports, National Identity Cards and Valid Driving Licenses. Please note that only original documents will be accepted as proof.  Refunds will not be provided to those who are not admitted to the Event as a result of failure to provide acceptable identification or who do not comply with the applicable age restriction.

  3. Where the Booking Information states that a safety restriction applies to the Event, the Event Provider may have conducted an appropriate risk assessment and limited attendee capacity.  Refunds will be provided to those who may be affected by such capacity changes.

  4. Added value tickets (VIP) are sold at the discretion of the Event Provider. Additional values may include food and beverages, access to restricted areas of the set and personalised, individual experiences.

CINEPASS

​

  1. CinePass passes are subject to show availability. Please contact us well in advance of your desired screening to ensure we can book your seats. If you do not contact us before your show, we will be unable to book your seats in the event of a sold-out show.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

​

  1. Due to the nature of our service, all purchases are non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable except, subject to these terms and conditions, on cancellation of the Event by the Event Provider. Tickets cannot be exchanged or returned except in the case of manifest error by us, our agents or . It is your responsibility to check that the information contained in the acknowledgement of order and the tickets is accurate. Tickets may not be, resold, reissued or transferred to any other person. They specifically may not be used as rewards or competition prizes. Unauthorised resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket is grounds for seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation. Tickets remain the property of the Event Provider and are a personal, revocable license which may be withdrawn and admission refused at any time upon refunding the printed purchase price.

  2. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel an Event entirely, we will provide notification of the cancellation to the contact information provided by the ticket purchaser. On cancellation, the Event Provider will offer ticket holders the opportunity either; (i) to exchange their tickets for subsequent Cinemunch screenings or another Cinemunch event; or (ii) to a refund equal to the face value of the tickets. This option must be exercised within 2 weeks of notification by the Event Provider of the cancellation.  Booking fees or other charges levied by the ticket agent are not refundable. This is the Event Provider’s sole liability to ticket holders in the event of cancellation.

  3. Disruption. No ticket exchanges or refunds will be given if the Event or the opening or start of the Event is disrupted or delayed for reasons such as security or safety alerts, traffic incidents, adverse weather conditions and strike action. The Event will commence or continue as soon as the Event Provider is reasonably able to do so. Where the Booking Information states that the Event will be held outdoors, customers and their guests are expected to be prepared for inclement weather.

  4. Refunds will not be issued for failure to comply with stipulated conduct and behaviour at the Event.

Location and Venue

​

  1. Any location or indication of likely location for an Event given before or at the time of booking is provisional only and subject to confirmation. The Event Provider will confirm the exact location of each Event by email at least 48 hours in advance of the Event using the contact details provided by the ticket purchaser. No refunds or exchanges are available if for any reason any ticket holder is unable or unwilling to travel to the location. The cost of travel to and from the location and venue is the responsibility of the person attending the Event.

  2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue which are available from the venue when advised.  Breach of the venue’s rules and regulations, breach of these terms and conditions or the Booking Information or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall entitle the venue or Event Provider to refuse admission or eject you from the venue without refund or compensation. This includes failure to comply with any reasonable instruction given by the Event Provider or the venue or (where persons under 18 are admitted to the Event) any attempt by a minor to purchase alcohol or any person who attempts to purchase alcohol for a minor.

  3. The venue may conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons and may refuse entry to individuals or to large items of luggage without refund or compensation.  A copy of the search policy for each Event will be available upon request at the entry point to the venue.

  4. Food and/or drink may not be brought into the Event. Only items purchased at the venue may be consumed.  Patrons with specific dietary requirements must notify the Event Provider at least 5 working days ahead before the Event via email to cinemunch@delivereats.club.

  5. No trading or promoting is allowed within the venue without the express prior written permission of the Event Provider.

  6. Strictly no smoking outside the designated smoking areas.

  7. No animals are permitted.

Accessibility

​

  1. Where the Booking Information indicates that the venue and facilities for each Event are wheelchair-accessible, this may not include all seating areas due to building restrictions.

  2. Where the Booking Information sets out guidance and information regarding any safety checks or controls at the Event, it is the Event ticket holder’s responsibility to ensure they will be able to comply. In the event there are any changes or updates to the health checks or controls, arising from guidance or advice issued by the Government or local or judicial authorities, this will be communicated by us through the website, by email and/or by notices at the Event as appropriate.

  3. Some elements of the Event experience may require physical activity. Haze, strobe lights, and flashing lights may also be in use.

  4. Disabled patrons should contact the Event Provider on cinemunch@delivereats.club for more information before booking to confirm the accessibility of the venue. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for your enquiry to be processed.

  5. On request, the Event Provider will make a COSHH list available to event visitors from the date of the first show. The list may be subject to change during the Event term and will list only to substances used in the public areas.

  6. On request, the Event Provider will make ingredient lists of all food menu items available to visitors from the date of the first show. All ingredient lists are supplied by the individual traders at the Event and may be subject to change over the course of the Event term. Visitors are advised to ask the individual traders at the Event to enquire about ingredients and make them aware about allergies.

Housekeeping

​

  1. Banned from the Event are: aerosols, airhorns, balloons, bicycles, blowtorches, chairs, drones, drugs and other illegal substances, gas canisters, food hampers/cool bags/boxes, fireworks, flags on poles, flares, items which may be regarded as weapons including secured blades, legal highs, laser equipment and/or pens, alcohol-based liquids or gels over 100ml (e.g. hand sanitiser), megaphones, pyrotechnics, smoke bombs, sound systems (including personal speakers), spray cans.

  2. Visitors are kindly asked refrain from excessive use of phones, cameras, and other recording equipment to avoid nuisance to others. The recording of movies is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion from the venue.

Dress Code & Publicity

​

  1. The Event will require a specific dress code in accordance with the film. The Event Provider will provide details of the dress code to ticket holders via email and/or our online registration system. Guests are expected to be appropriately dressed at all times.

  2. The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Tapes or films may be destroyed. Cameras and laser pens are prohibited, and together with mobile phones with cameras, may be confiscated for the duration of the Event.  The Event Promoter/Provider accept no responsibility for any personal property.

  3. Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as participants in the Event. Recordings may be used for promotional and marketing purposes by DeliverEats Group Limited and its partners.

Gift Cards

​

  1. The e-gift card is for the value shown only and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

  2. Your e-gift card can be redeemed online by entering the code at checkout.

  3. Once purchased, you will receive an email within days with a unique code.

  4. This e-gift card is non-refundable.

  5. A small percentage of this purchase will be taken as a fee by our online payments processor.

CineClub Rewards

​

  1. CineClub Rewards is our loyalty programme. You can earn rewards and discounts by completing specific actions like inviting your friends to join CineClub, following us on social media and other activities.

  2. While CinePoints have an intrinsic cash value, they are not transferrable or redeemable for cash outside of the provisions of our implementation. To be clear, we will not give you cash in exchange for your SinePoints.

  3. The physical CinePoints Loyalty Card remains the property of DeliverEats Group Ltd. Once your card is full, please return it for another one. You can points in a similar way by purchasing items in-store.

  4. You can also earn rewards and discounts by collecting digital points for each transaction over £1 and/or as stipulated by the promotional terms.

Discounts & Promotions

​

  • We reserve the right to amend, suspend or discontinue any discount or promotion at any time without prior notice.​​​​

Private Hire:

​​

  • You agree to indemnify DeliverEats Group Ltd against all damage to property arising from our provision of services to you to the extent allowed by law. We will always exercise reasonable care and discretion when conducting business on your property.

  • Service delivery times are approximate and are subject to 30-minute window beyond your chosen booking. We may deliver the service at any time within this window to regulate our operations and will always try to contact you if we expect this to affect the quality of service you receive.

Special Dietary Requirements

 

  • Please let us know about any special dietary requirements and we will do our best to accommodate. We can provide detailed allergen and ingredient information for all dishes but unfortunately cannot guarantee their suitability.

Serving times

​

  • Unless otherwise arranged, serving times will be for a maximum of 1 hour either side of your screening. Should you need us longer, we'll be happy to stay on for an additional £60 per hour, subject to our terms and conditions.

​

​

Siting/Electricity/Inclement weather

​

  • In the case of bad weather, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your booking but will do whatever we can to ensure service is uninterrupted. We will also need access to no more than 6kw of electricity and to be sited in a well-ventilated and weather-proof space with level ground and a minimum area of 6m x 6m.​​

Leftovers

​

  • If you wish to receive any excess food, please provide containers. Otherwise, all leftover food will be given to the less fortunate/disposed of.​

​

Payment

​

  1. Please kindly settle payments in full immediately or as described on your invoice. As a general rule, for weddings or similar events, we require a deposit of 50% eight weeks before the booked date (i.e.: 01/01/2024) to secure the booking and the remaining 50% four weeks thereafter (i.e.: 22/02/2024).​

  2. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your booking so if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Liability

​

  1. The Event Provider is not holding itself out as an authority on public health regarding the incidence and transmission of any illness.  We will follow all legal requirements as directed by the Government (or local or judicial authority) and take such steps as we consider appropriate in the circumstances to comply with guidance.

  2. It is each Event ticket holder’s sole decision whether to attend any Event. The Event ticket holder is responsible for their own health and safety and cannot solely rely on the measures put in place at the Event by the Event Provider.

  3. The Event Provider’s liability to any person in relation to the purchase of tickets for any Event or in relation to the attendance of that person at any Event shall be limited to direct loss and/or damage actually incurred. In addition, the Event Provider’s total liability to such person shall not in any circumstances exceed the value of the ticket for the relevant Event purchased by or on behalf of that person. We shall not be liable for any special or indirect loss or damage irrespective of whether we have been informed of circumstances where such losses might be incurred. The Event Provider does not attempt to limit or exclude its liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that or our employees or agents and any other liability that may not be limited or excluded by applicable law.

General

​

  1. No variation to these terms and conditions shall have effect unless in writing and signed by an authorised representative of DeliverEats Group Limited.

These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the United Kingdom and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, UK law, and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
